Project Overview
The client is America’s largest youth development organization that provide developmental programs and educational resources to widen accessibility and equality.
For the launch of their new website, they wanted to create a fresh interface for their blog posts and online activities, filled with new and existing content.
I co-led the migration and adaptation of over 600 pages on this high-impact website using Wordpress, Beaver Builder and custom-built features in the back and front-end.
My Contributions
I supported the client and product owner through demos and end-to end flow testing, in addition to working on actionable feedback to satisfy stakeholders.
I implemented modern platforms for project management: Atlassian for Kanban boards, Jira for bug reporting, Miro for sitemaps, Slack and G Suite.
Used Figma to implement UX/UI designs, taking creative direction on high-traffic pages to create a front-end design that captured the youthful, bold essence of their charity mission.
